Ownership and licences
Ownership of deliverables, code, content and licences is governed by the relevant project agreement. No transfer is assumed before formal delivery and settlement.
Support and third parties
Support levels are agreed per project. Third-party integrations depend on technical access, licences and the provider’s terms.
Governing rules
Project agreements are governed by applicable Iranian law. Parties first attempt documented resolution before referring an unresolved matter to the competent authority.
