1. Scope and acceptance
These Terms apply to the NABZ Capital website, its desktop and mobile experiences, and related features. Continued use after an announced update means you accept the revised Terms.
You must use the service in accordance with applicable laws of the Islamic Republic of Iran, including rules concerning electronic commerce, computer crime and software rights.
2. Nature of the service
NABZ Capital provides tools to record holdings, view charts, build watchlists, review risk, plan capital and receive alerts.
NABZ Capital is not an exchange, brokerage, trading venue, portfolio manager or asset custodian and does not represent a broker or financial institution unless a specific relationship is officially announced on the website.
3. Accounts and user responsibility
Registration information must be accurate and belong to you. You are responsible for protecting your password, phone and active sessions and should promptly report suspected unauthorized access.
You may register only if you have legal capacity to accept these Terms. Selling, transferring or sharing an account without permission is prohibited.
4. Risk and no advice
Financial markets can be highly volatile and may result in loss of some or all invested capital. Risk indicators, charts, alerts and calculations do not guarantee future outcomes.
You are responsible for every decision and for deciding whether an action fits your finances and risk tolerance. Consult an appropriately licensed professional when needed.
5. Market data and calculations
Data may come from market sources or third-party services and can differ from a reference market because of source latency, network failure, halted trading, symbol adjustments or technical error.
We do not promise that data will always be complete, accurate or real-time. Check price and market status with an official source or your broker before making a financial decision.
6. User information and content
You retain ownership of portfolio information and content you enter. You grant NABZ Capital the limited permission needed to store, process, back up and display it in your account.
You may not submit unlawful, misleading or unauthorized third-party information or content that violates privacy or intellectual-property rights.
7. Paid plans and payment
If sales are enabled, the price, billing period, features and applicable conditions will be shown before payment. Paid access activates only after valid payment confirmation.
Cancellation and refund rules will follow the information shown at purchase and mandatory applicable law. A later price change will not retroactively change a period already paid for.
8. Acceptable use
You may not:
- intrude, bypass security controls, intentionally disrupt the service, perform unauthorized reverse engineering or conduct security testing without written permission;
- scrape data at scale, commercially republish it, resell access or build a competing service through unauthorized use;
- impersonate others, deceive users, distribute malware or unlawful content, or violate another person’s rights or privacy;
- use the platform for an unlawful transaction or claim to represent NABZ Capital.
9. Intellectual property
The NABZ Capital name, marks, design, software, original text and interface components belong to their lawful owners. Personal use of the service gives you no ownership in them.
Copying, resale, publication or commercial adaptation of proprietary components requires written permission. Third-party materials remain subject to their owners’ terms.
10. Third-party services and availability
Infrastructure may depend on hosting, CDN, error-monitoring, SMS, payment or market-data providers. Their independent operation and terms are not fully under our control.
We may temporarily limit, change or suspend a feature for maintenance, security, regulatory requirements or circumstances beyond reasonable control.
11. Limits of responsibility
To the extent permitted by law, NABZ Capital is not responsible for losses caused by an investment decision, market movement, reliance on delayed data, third-party outage or use that violates these Terms.
Nothing excludes a responsibility that mandatory law does not permit us to exclude. You should keep an independent copy of information that is important to you.
12. Changes, suspension and governing law
We may restrict access or suspend an account following a breach, security risk, legal requirement or abuse. Material revisions to these Terms will be announced through the website or account.
